On my last day at Inn on Biltmore Estate, I got to put together the special. I was given rack of lamb. The special ended up being: Herb crusted rack of lamb, potatoes anna, grilled asparagus, and rosemary-red wine demi.

My goodness! That looks absolutely delicious. And I love the name.. *smile*
When I wrote out the specials for the chef to type up the menu, I wrote "aka, Mary's little lamb" by the entree description. He got a kick out of it.
It looks soooooo nice. Mouthwatering...
