This was my attempt at making Kung Pao Chicken. It was pretty good, it just needs a couple of minor adjustments to be better than good.

Looks really good...where is peanut?
Ha! I knew when I posted this that you would notice the missing peanuts. They were beside the stove just waiting to be added last. I was anxious to get the dish plated and picture snapped. I realized after, when I sat down to eat it, that I had skipped the peanuts...so they went in after the photo was taken.
I cannot sneak anything by you! :-)
Haha, that is my specialty. 8-)
